How it works

Connect your Gmail

Sign in with Google and grant BeeJobs access. You stay in control — disconnect at any time from inside the app or from your Google Account settings.

Jobs appear automatically

BeeJobs reads incoming recruiter emails, identifies real job opportunities, and turns each one into a structured job card on your board — title, company, skills, and the full thread.

Apply with a tailored CV

For every job, BeeJobs prepares a CV matched to the job description. Review it, edit it, and reply to the recruiter without leaving the app.

How BeeJobs uses your Google data

With your permission, BeeJobs connects to your Gmail account through Google's official Gmail API. Here is exactly what that access is used for:

Reading your inbox — BeeJobs reads incoming messages to identify emails from recruiters and extract job details (title, company, required skills) into job cards on your board.
Sending email — BeeJobs sends an email from your account only when you compose it and explicitly press send inside the app.

We never sell your data, never use it for advertising, never share it with unrelated third parties, and never use it to train generalized AI models. You can disconnect Gmail at any time from inside BeeJobs — which deletes our stored access tokens — or revoke access from your Google Account permissions.

BeeJobs' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
