Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BeeJobs, a job-tracking platform operated by Staffbee Solutions Inc. ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using BeeJobs, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

BeeJobs helps candidates manage job opportunities sent to them by recruiters. With your consent, it connects to your Gmail account to identify recruiter emails, extract job details into a tracked pipeline, and help you prepare tailored CVs and respond to recruiters. Features may change over time as we improve the platform.

2. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use BeeJobs.
  • You must provide accurate account information and keep access to your sign-in email secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
  • Access may be provisioned through a staffing organization that enrolled you; that organization may manage parts of your profile and base CVs.

3. Your Gmail connection

  • Connecting Gmail is optional and requires your explicit consent through Google's OAuth flow. Our handling of Google user data is described in our Privacy Policy, and adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
  • You can disconnect Gmail at any time from inside the app.
  • Emails sent through BeeJobs are sent from your own account, at your direction. You are responsible for the content of the messages you send.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
  • Send spam, harassing, or deceptive email through the platform.
  • Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or experience in materials you send to recruiters or employers. Tailored CVs generated by the platform are drafts — you are responsible for reviewing them for accuracy before sending.
  • Attempt to probe, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its data.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the CVs, documents, and other content you provide. You grant us the limited license needed to store, process, and display that content in order to operate the service — for example, generating tailored CVs and rendering exports.

6. Our intellectual property

The BeeJobs software, design, and branding are owned by Staffbee Solutions Inc. and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to them other than the right to use the service.

7. Third-party services

BeeJobs relies on third-party services, including Google (Gmail API, Gemini API) and Amazon Web Services. Your use of Google services through BeeJobs is also subject to Google's own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

BeeJobs is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that every job email will be detected or extracted correctly, or that use of the service will result in any job offer or employment outcome.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Staffbee Solutions Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100) or the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, whichever is greater.

10. Termination

You may stop using BeeJobs and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination we will delete or de-identify your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Staffbee Solutions Inc. is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
